Our expanded Dealers Room will be located in Toyota Meeting Hall of the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.
1. SET-UP / BREAK-DOWN
Vendors may set-up from 7am and doors open at 10am. Vendors may remain set-up until 5:00pm. Toyota Meeting Hall must be completely vacated by 6pm. A $25/hr fee will incur for any vendor that remains after 6pm.
2. TABLES, CHAIRS & BADGES
Tables and chairs are provided. Tables measure 6 feet long with 4 feet of room behind. Your Vendor Registration includes badges for yourself and up to two assistants. Additional badges may be requested but are not guaranteed. Please note that some wall-spaces are technically in front of doors that will not be used.
3. EXHIBIT CONTENTS
MACROSS themed collectibles and memorabilia are HIGHLY encouraged. All fields of vintage and collectible anime/sci-fi/etc. are welcome. Show management reserves the right to be the sole judges as to the suitability of exhibitor’s merchandise. All boxes, merchandise, etc. must be on, under, or behind your table. Nothing is allowed in the aisles. Any adult content material must not be accesible to children. NO SALE OF WEAPONS, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BOOTLEG DVDS/CDS or you will be asked to leave.
4. CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason the show is cancelled, this contract will be voided with no liability and all monies will be refunded. A full refund will be provided if you cancel within 30 days of the event. 1/2 of payment will be refunded if the request is made 15 days or fewer before the event.
5. PARKING
Torrance Cultural Arts Center provides free parking. We kindly ask that after unloading, you leave parking spaces closest to the convention for attendees.
6. SELLER'S PERMIT/SALES TAX
Each Vendor must have a valid California Seller's Permit to be provided on the application form. No refunds for sellers who provide invalid numbers. Obtaining a Temporary Seller's Permit is simple and free. https://efile.boe.ca.gov/ereg/index.boe
7. LIABILITY
Vendor assumes the risk of any loss or damage to its property or to any person in or about the table space in its employment or at its authorization or invitation. Super Dimension Convention shall not be responsible for any such losses. Vendor agrees to indemnity and hold Super Dimension Convention harmless for any and all losses, injuries, lawsuits or other claims arising out of or connected with its use of table space, any exhibit at such space, or any sale of services or merchandise at the show.
